The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., develops character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community in youth through a program that teaches the care of horses and ponies, riding and mounted sports.
ABOUT AIKEN COUNTY PONY CLUB:
Aiken County Pony Club (ACPC), is a member of the Carolina Region Pony Clubs and part of the United States Pony Club, Inc (USPC). ACPC, was founded in 1988, and is based in Aiken County, South Carolina. ACPC has been guiding young equestrians through the mission of the USPC which is to develop character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community through a program that teaches the care of horses and ponies, riding and mounted sports.
USPC Pony Clubs and Riding Centers are assigned to one of 41 geographical regions, which are administered by a volunteer Regional Supervisor (RS) and other appointed and elected officers. Regions offer additional activities and opportunities for members and support for the club and center leaders under their administration.
Aiken County Pony Club is part of the Carolina Region.
